Our Dynamic and Adaptive Bodies

Ease Keys for self regulation

Our bodies have remarkable movement intelligence!

Engaging in dynamic movements throughout the day energizes our bodies, helps our brains function better, and enhances our overall health and wellbeing.

Our bodies thrive on movement

The Ease Keys movement and breath practices help us incorporate efficient and fun movements into our daily habits to restore physical and mental well-being.

The role of ribs and the power of the pits

Our ribs house our lungs and heart. The ribs move more freely as we mobilize the “shoulder gate,” allowing us to spread our wings wide, breathe deeply, take care of our hearts, and explore the power of the armpits.

The art of feet

Our feet are extraordinary feats of engineering, serving as the foundation for our standing and seated posture. They dynamically animate the entire body, initiate movement, and give us a strong foundation!

Finding eye balance and ease

Our eyes benefit from gentle movements. Often, they become rigid or fixed, especially when focusing on screens. Moving our eye gaze to the horizon and distinguishing details can restore flexibility and fluidity in the eye muscles.

Enjoy our senses

Pleasant sights, sounds, smells, and sensations signal safety to our brains.

By distinguishing details through our senses, we activate our whole-brain intelligence, as different senses engage different regions of the brain.

Take care of our brains by caring for the bottom and top of our spines

Our active movement exercises, the Ease Keys, begin with

lengthening and mobilizing the spine throughout the day.

Our brains get smarter as they receive more oxygen and circulation.
