About the event
Are you a person that loves explanations about how our bodies work? This 12-week course course is a complement to Self-Regulation: Creating Habits of Ease. It is designed for those who enjoy knowing the anatomy details behind Self-Regulation and the exquisite nature of our triune nervous systems.Â
We are expanding the original 6-week course over a 12-week timeline to allow for better integration of these lessons. We will be alternating each week between live class and "office hours." During the first week, we will introduce the course material and meet each other. If you did not register for class with a study partner, you will be matched up with class mate to study with. Your assignment is to meet up with this study partner the second week and discuss your progress. If you need any help, I will be available for office hours every other Monday at 12pm PT (3pm ET). Office hours are optional, but give you an additional opportunity to get personalized support from me.
Restorative Anatomy for Self-Regulation gives us beautiful details and images of the self-healing intelligence of the body. The body is always talking, and we can get better at listening as we know more about how our bodies work. Get to know how all our internal systems are designed to work in harmony and synchrony with one another. Discover the intelligent design in the body to relieve stress, create mindfulness, and improve relationships.
++Each class will be recorded and available for three months to review between live weekly sessions.++
Up to 9 continuing education hours (4.5 in Ethics) available for massage therapists in WA State. Others need to check with their licensing boards.
