About the event

Mitigate the Impacts of Digital Devices on Our Brains & Bodies

Digital devices are now part of everyday life—but the way we use them can profoundly influence the brain, posture, breathing, attention, and overall well-being.

Each time we look down at a phone, tablet, or computer, subtle changes ripple through the body. Over time, repeated device habits can reshape posture, breathing patterns, circulation, mood, learning, and social engagement—especially in children and teens whose bodies and nervous systems are still developing.

In this live online workshop, Teresa Posakony will explore the deeper connections between device use, posture, and brain function, and introduce practical tools to help restore balance.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn:

  • How downward gaze affects the skull, spine, ribs, and whole body
