Self-Regulation is a skill and capacity children develop through co-regulation with the positive adults around them. Every interaction is an opportunity for brain building. Using stories and fun exercises children and adults learn the superpowers of their smart bodies and self-regulation techniques.

Join us for a transformational series of playful, embodied movement practices that tap into the inherent wisdom of the “smart body” — helping adults and children alike become more grounded, calm, and connected.
