Using stories and fun exercises children and adults learn the superpowers of their smart bodies and self-regulation techniques.

About the event

Join us for a transformational series of playful, embodied movement practices that tap into the inherent wisdom of the “smart body” — helping adults and children alike become more grounded, calm, and connected.

Through this learning experience, participants will:

  • Discover how movement, breath, and somatic awareness can support social-emotional regulation, decision-making, and resilience

  • Connect more deeply—with themselves, with children, and in community

  • Learn trauma-informed strategies and practices rooted in embodiment
