About the event

Are you a person that loves explanations about how our bodies work? This 6-week course course is a complement to Self-Regulation: Creating Habits of Ease. It is designed for those who enjoy knowing the anatomy details behind Self-Regulation and the exquisite nature of our triune nervous systems. 

The invitation to you, as a Parent, Wellness Practitioner, Coach or Educator, is to discover the grand intelligence of your nervous system inside your own body. Then you can share the feeling of a balanced nervous system with the people you love and serve. How could your own nervous system regulation be affecting your family, friends, and colleagues? We will discuss these issues from a framework of Polyvagal Theory and Trauma-Informed Care, while staying embodied and moving toward Healing-Centered Engagement.

We will learn self-care practices that support your body restoring health. The course will follow the lesson plan of the Self-Regulation workbook and add exquisite anatomy details to explain how the simple somatic practices, the Ease Keys, are so efficient and effective for stress-relief.  It will also explain the underlying principles of the Power of Ease Keys system. Learning the nervous system anatomy in your own body is a delightful experience! Enjoy discovering the cranial nerves through embodied anatomy that supports many learning styles.
