About the event

Our habits for how we sit, move, breathe, and stand start early in life. Three core skills form a foundation for wellbeing:

  1. Taking care of your spine and your brain in a standing and seated posture helps our physical and mental health. Developing the habit of dynamically lengthening the spine can have a profound effect on wellbeing in the short and long term.
  2. Restorative Breath starts by making room for your breath to enter deep in your lungs. Most people are breathing shallowly throughout the day. Our latent capacity for vitality resides in spending more time in restorative breath.
  3. Activating the learning and social engagement systems in our brain gets us ready to listen, focus, organize, plan, and be creative. When our brains come out of survival mode and back into connection our human potential is revealed.
